My name is Fred Johnson, Jr and I am running for Jackson City Mayor as a democratic candidate. As a Retired Police Officer, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to public service. I am married, graduate of Jackson, Public School, Ordained Decon, Former Butler Plumbing Company Employee, Former MDOT Employee, Graduated of Jackson Police Department Academy, Field Training Officer JPD, Field Training Corporal, JPD, Retired JPD Corporal and currently a Reserve Corporal for the JPD.
My motivation for running:
I have dedicated my life to making Jackson a safer place. From solving felonious crimes to serving as a field training officer and an award-winning officer. I have always prioritized the well-being of our community. Now, I want to bring my leadership skills to the mayor's office to further enhance our city's potential.
